Their website lacked spark, not truly reflecting the richness of Gato’s thoughtful, high-level service. Scattered SEO also meant they weren’t ranking well in searches.

A Brand Refresh refined their identity while keeping beloved brand elements, shifting their positioning to premium-cool while injecting rich personality and depth.
A new UX-led Website created a user-friendly, SEO-integrated site with clear messaging, well-placed CTAs, and a seamless client journey.
Photography Art Direction seamlessly linked their brand and in-salon experience with a photography brief to guide a suite of images, and ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
