Arc creates creating high-quality, functional art pieces that blend craftsmanship with aesthetic beauty, from their base on the beautiful West Coast of Aotearoa, New Zealand.
Arc needed branding that reflected the artistry and tactile engagement of their products, to position their new business in a discerning market of consumers and interior designers.
We worked with Arc to define their brand positioning, landing on ‘Art in Function’ to position and highlight the unique and sculptural nature of their pieces.
The branding incorporated organic lines found in Arc’s resin and wood products, with a colour palette and still-life photography to emphasise the artistry and craftsmanship.
The new brand identity launched Arc to market, elevating the rich, textural experience of products that mirror the beauty and functionality of their designs.
Since launch, Arc Dept. have grown success by success.
They’ve run regular workshops, collaborated with interior industry leaders, featured in Home Style and Your Home & Garden magazines, created custom furniture for Naumi Hotel, Wellington, among others.
