Train timetables that connect
Melbourne’s train network guides were being updated to provide clearer, more intuitive journey information for its customers.
With new customer information being introduced across the network, the train guides covers required a seamless approach that would help customers navigate with ease.
The aim of the cover illustrations was to support the new network guides with compelling and distinctive visuals and to link seamlessly with the new customer communications.
We created eleven new cover illustrations that visually incorporated customer information and navigation cues, supporting more intuitive passenger journeys and connections.
The new cover illustrations delivered a cohesive, user-friendly experience, supporting new network-wide communications and helping customers navigate the network more intuitively and efficiently.
