Marine Quarter, a premium residential and retail tower in Southport, QLD, needed a brand system that set it apart in a saturated development landscape.
The brief called for more than a polished identity β it needed an evocative, emotionally rich brand that captured the feeling of effortless seaside living and connected with discerning buyers seeking calm, quality and coastal sophistication.
A full luxury brand identity was developed, anchored in a bespoke logo and monogram, elevated typography and a soft, coastal-inspired palette. The system was designed to feel like a luxury unboxing experience β refined details, tactile finishes, and visual cues drawn from sunsets, shoreline textures and relaxed waterfront pace.
This identity and story carried across every key touchpoint and brand experience.
A photography direction and brief for an image suite showcased light-filled spaces, coastal atmosphere and aspirational everyday living. Additional sourced aerial imagery prove a birds-eye view of lifestyle ease and connection.
Each asset works together to tell a consistent story of calm, connection and premium waterside lifestyle.
Marine Quarter launched with a cohesive, high-end presence that lifted market perception and drove strong early interest.
