Rendu Towers
From and undefined presence to a luxurious brand experience with 40% of Stage 1 sold-out in the first month. User-first strategy, storytelling & accessible, elegant UX/UI design.
Rendu Towers needed a website and brand extension that felt both regal and warm — and that genuinely supported retirees and their families through a big life decision.
I was approached to ideate and create the experience: simple, reassuring and accessible, with clear paths to enquiry and information that didn’t overwhelm. At the same time, it needed to work as a polished, high-performing sales tool for a competitive market.
We inherited a logo, basic colour palette and brand texture. From there, the brand system was refined and extended. A warm, legible palette; icon suite; and photography that captured effortless comfort and quiet luxury.
A user-led strategy shaped the entire website approach. The structure, flows and interface were designed around older audiences — bigger type, AA contrast, mobile/tablet ease, and a calm, logical journey that felt supportive at every step.
Interaction details — from gold hover states to generous spacing — added a subtle sense of care and refinement.
Clear, inviting and human language and consistent CTAs guided users toward enquiry without pressure. Testing and developer collaboration ensured a polished and stable launch.
When launched, the new experience immediately boosted qualified enquiries, with 40% of Stage 1 sold within the first month. The village fully sold out (all 139 units) by early 2025
The brand system now supports all marketing, sales materials and future growth — delivering consistency, clarity and luxury across every touchpoint.
